Identified -
We have identified an issue resulting in that lists (units, groups, and similar) are not being updated as intended. We are working on a solution.
A workaround is to change to the new list view under Account Settings at the top right. Then, go to the bottom of the page and toggle the "New list views" feature, followed by Save. You may have to log out and back in again for the changes to take effect.
