The incident was resolved. Workflow logs may still be delayed before being displayed in workflow-builder. This will catch up during the next few hours.

Update
We have stopped the processes causing the issues and now see fast executions again. The currently delayed executions will be processed in batches, but workflow executions started from this time forward will be handled as usual.
